The hotel is located in one of the popular winter season destinations – the town of Bansko. Vihren Royal Palace includes two buildings connected by an indoor walkway and offers accommodation in double rooms, family rooms, studios, one-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom maisonettes, two-bedroom maisonettes, and two-bedroom apartments. Most of the units feature a sun terrace with breathtaking views of Rila and Pirin, as well as comfortable sofa beds, bathtub or shower cabin in the bathroom, and central heating throughout the hotel.

Hotel Mura is located in the very center of Borovets, close to the gondola lift station. The hotel has double, triple and single rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom, telephone, TV and refrigerator / minibar. The rooms on the first floor have balconies.

The apartments feature a TV in every room, an iron, and an ironing board. Extra guests are accommodated on sofa beds. Kitchens in the main building apartments are fully equipped. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin and a hairdryer. All apartments have balconies. Heating is central throughout the apartments. Wi-Fi internet access is available across the entire complex. One-bedroom apartments consist of two separate rooms – a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and one bathroom.
