Definitions of terms used by www.tripto.bg and the present Conditions for Use:

tripto.bg – Online Reservation System –reservation and information system, providing information and the possibility of making an electronic reservation.
Conditions – conditions for the use of tripto.bg and its services.
Reservation/Booking – reservation of hotel accommodation
User – any person using the services of tripto.bg according to these Conditions.
Hotel – a place offering accommodation pursuant to the Tourism Act, acting on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Hotelier – an authorized physical or legal person, representing a hotel or group of hotels.
Reservation in real time or reservation of a hotel having the status “Available” – booking of real free rooms in a hotel.
Reservation on request or reservation of a hotel having the status “On request” – request for a reservation subject to confirmation or refusal of accommodation made by the administrators of tripto.bg within 24 hours.

General conditions for the use of tripto.bg

  1. All the information and arrangement of tripto.bg, as well as the name tripto.bg, are owned by VMP Travel Ltd.
  2. tripto.bg grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
  3. The online reservation system www.tripto.bg is created for your personal and non-commercial use. The content and information contained therein are the property of VMP Travel EOOD. It is an absolute rule not to publish, copy, distribute and sell information and photo material from the site www.tripto.bg without the written consent of VMP Travel EOOD, any violation is illegal tripto.bg.

  4. The User agrees not to send, share or transfer the content of www.tripto.bg to another computer, server, web page or other mass media, and will not use it for commercial purposes.

  5. The user agrees not to engage in activities classified as cybercrime (using devices and / or modern telecommunications networks such as the Internet (chat, emails, forums and groups) and mobile phones (SMS / MMS). No change is allowed, hiding or deleting copyright tags.

  6. The user is responsible for all damages and damages resulting from the violation of property rights during the use of the online reservation system www.tripto.bg.

Exclusion of warranty

tripto.bg The information on this site is published correctly and is updated regularly. However, VMP Travel Ltd. does not guarantee its completeness and accuracy and does not accept responsibility to the User or to third parties for any errors or omissions on this site. VMP Travel Ltd. does not guarantee that the work of tripto.bg will not be interrupted, there are errors or if any information or materials available from this site have viruses or other harmful components.

VMP Travel Ltd has the right to change the terms, conditions and notes of the online reservation system at any time without notice.

Reservations and conditions for making reservations

  1. Any reservation in real time or on request basis is considered an offer for buying the respective type of accommodation subject of the reservation. No contract between the User and tripto.bg exists unless tripto.bg:
    - has sent a reference number of the reservation;
    - has confirmed the reservation by e-mail;
    The user shall be responsible to verify that all details concerning the reservation are correct and true.
  2. Every reservation with a “confirmed” status should be paid or have a deposit within 24 hours from its confirmation. The amount of the deposit Is always specified in the reservation. The rest of the amount should be paid within the number of days specified in the reservation itself. If the accommodation date is very close, the reservation should be fully paid upon its generation/confirmation. If the client or agent fails to pay within 24 hours from confirmation, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
  3. Full payment is obligatory at the time of making a real time reservation or after receiving a confirmation of a request for reservation. Payment shall be made by bank transfer. After payment is confirmed the User gets access to printing his/her Accommodation Voucher.
  4. Accommodation at the hotel is realized by means of submitting an electronic voucher of the system and an identity card or another document identifying the User who made the reservation.
  5. Changes or cancellations of a paid reservation can be made by the User according to the “cancellation policy” and conditions of the specific hotel published at tripto.bg and announced by an e-mail sent to the User by tripto.bg for the particular reservation.
  6. Upon expiry of this term the reservation shall be considered consumed and shall be subject to change only between the User and the Hotel directly for which tripto.bg shall not be responsible.
  7. If the cancellation conditions are not observed, the difference between the amount paid by the user for the reservation and the penalty fee charged by the hotel for full or partial cancellation shall be refunded to the user within 30 days as from the date of cancellation by the same means as the payment was made by the user.
  8. All rates published at tripto.bg, as well as in e-mails sent to the user are quoted in EURO and are final for the User.
  9. The category of the hotels offered at tripto.bg is the official one given and certified by the hoteliers themselves, in compliance with the Tourism Act in force (Chapter IV – Category of the tourist sites).
    10. This category is for information only and is no guarantee whatsoever on part of tripto.bg and VMP Travel Ltd.
  10. The user declares that he/she has the minimum age of 18 years.
  11. The user declares that the phones and e-mail indicated by him in the reservation form can be used by VMP Travel as needed and shall not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.

  10. The user declares that he/she has the minimum age of 18 years.
  11. By conceding personal information /e-mail/ in www.tripto.bg, users agree to receive advertising messages sent by VMP Travel Ltd. Personal information granted to VMP Travel Ltd. will be used for marketing purposes of VMP Travel Ltd only, and shall not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
