Payment Terms:
- Each confirmed reservation should be fully or partly paid no later than 24 hours after confirmation. The amount of the deposit should be at least 50.00% from the total amount of the reservation. The full payment should be done at least 8 days before the date of accommodation. As an exception: full payment is required for reservations within short term of accommodation. - Outdoor Relax Center after 01.12 – EUR 15 / BGN 29.34 per person per day.

- Check-in after 14:00
- Check-out until 12:00
- Children (0-2.99 years) – free accommodation.
- Children (3-11.99 years) on a regular bed with one adult pay 100% of the regular bed rate.
- First child (3-11.99 years) on an extra bed – free of charge
- Second child (3-11.99 years) on an extra bed pays 50% of the adult rate.
- Adult on an extra bed pays 70% of the regular bed rate.

Cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation up to 2 days prior to check-in date.
- Cancellations received after this period incur a penalty equal to 1 night on the respective board basis.
