- Mandatory requirement for accommodation is the provision of a birth certificate and PIN of the children !
- When staying in a double room for 2 adults + 2 children - 3rd child / incl. baby / not allowed .
- One adult with 1 or 2 children / 0- 2.99 years / - price for single accommodation
- One adult with one child / 3- 11.99 years / - price for single accommodation
- One adult with two children / 3- 11.99 years / - price for a double room
- Child /0-11.99 years / on extra bed with two adults - 100% discount
- Second child / 3-11.99 years / on extra bed with two adults - 50% discount from the price of regular bed .
- Third child / 3-11.99 years / on extra bed in studio if available - 50% discount from the price of regular bed .
- Child / 2 - 11.99 years / on a regular bed with three adults in a Double Studio - 50% discount from the price of a regular bed .
- Adult on extra bed - 20% discount from the price of a regular bed .
- For reservations made before 28.02.2022 a deposit of 50% is required until 10.03.2022
- For reservations made before 31.03.2022 a deposit of 50% is required until 10.04.2022.

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations without penalty are made up to 3 days before check in.
