GENERAL INFORMATION

Hotel complex Kamenets Nessebar is located in the center of the new town. There are many shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. Only 100 meters away there is a bus stop from which buses depart for Ravda, Sunny Beach, Saint Vlas and Bourgas. The sights of the beautiful old Nessebar are only a 15-minute walk away. Free parking is provided. Guests can use 3 outdoor pools for free, have a drink at the bar, use free Wi-Fi or relax on the terrace. The complex has facilities for conference tourism.

LOCATION

Hotel Kamenets was opened in June 2011. It is located in the new, quiet and cozy part of Nessebar, only 2 minutes walk from the southern beach of Nessebar and 15 minutes walk from the old town. The complex includes: 2 buildings: the main building 1 - completely renovated in 2015 and building 2 renovated in 2011.

Building 1 / new, tall building / has:
- 2 lifts
- 80 economy rooms / 14 sq.m / with a bedroom, cozy and stylishly furnished
- 26 studios, consisting of 1 room / 33 sq. M. / Bedroom + living room, furnished with sofa bed
- 18 apartments / 40 sq.m / consisting of two rooms separated by a door - bedroom + living room and separate second bedroom.
All rooms in building 1 have a balcony, air conditioning and ventilation, cable TV, refrigerator, bathroom, toilet, shower, hairdryer, refrigerator, telephone.
Building 2 - renovated in 2011 has:
- 36 standard twin rooms
-1 studio, two rooms with transition, furnished with a bedroom and a sofa bed
-1 apartment, two rooms separated by a door - one room is furnished with a bedroom + living room with sofas / sofa bed / and a separate second bedroom.
All rooms have a bathroom, terrace, refrigerator, air conditioning, cable TV, wardrobe and suitcase.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

Hotel complex Kamenets-Nessebar offers a restaurant with stylish interior, located in building 1, with hall -150 seats and a covered summer terrace with 150 seats. Here you can enjoy a rich variety of traditional Bulgarian dishes and drinks in a refined atmosphere and professional service. The restaurant is also suitable for weddings, anniversaries, balls and other celebrations. Lobby bar, which is next to the restaurant and offers customers a large selection of drinks and cocktails in a comfortable atmosphere.
