The hotel is located at the beginning of the popular ski resort of Bansko and only 450 meters from its center, ancient streets and houses.

ACCOMMODATION

The hotel offers its guests accommodation in Studio Luxury, Luxury Apartment, Deluxe Apartment, Executive Apartment and 2-Bedroom Luxury Apartment.
Studio Lux consists of a spacious room, a corridor and a bathroom. The room is furnished with one large double bed or twin beds and a sofa bed.
Luxury apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and an entrance hall. The bedroom has a large double bed, wardrobe and satellite TV. The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed, three small tables and a satellite TV.
Deluxe Apartment consists of a corridor, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Some apartments also have a balcony with table and chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe, satellite TV and table with mirror and chair. The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed and triple sofa bed, three small tables, satellite TV and fireplace or dining table.
Executive Apartment consists of entrance hall, living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, a double bed, a TV and a table with a chair. The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table with four chairs, sofa bed, three small tables, TV and fireplace.
All rooms have a TV, telephone, wireless Internet, mini safe and a fully equipped kitchenette with Lavazza coffee machine, ceramic hob, toaster, hot water kettle, refrigerator, microwave, utensils and dishes. The bathrooms have a bath, shower, hairdryer, telephone and SOS system. They are equipped with French bathroom cosmetics, slippers and a full set of towels and bathrobes for young and old. A baby cot can be provided on request.

BUSSINESS CENTER

Lucky Bansko SPA & Relax Aparthotel has several perfectly equipped conference halls, which have different capacity and functionalities.
Atlantic Hall is a multifunctional conference hall, with an area of 160 square meters and a capacity of up to 130 seats, with the possibility of different types of distribution. The hall is divided into two smaller ones, separated by a soundproof partition.
Metatron Conference Hall has an area of 75 square meters, with natural light, carpeted flooring, built-in multimedia and a screen with remote control and conference equipment in various configurations.
There are also 3 smaller meeting rooms for working groups and business meetings, which have a capacity of 8 to 12 people.

SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT

During the winter season there is a shuttle service to the first station of the gondola lift and back every 15/30 minutes and directly to the ski slopes (departure at 8:30, 9:30 and 10:30), as well as free evening scheduled transport. / shuttles / from the hotel to the center of Bansko and back.

KIDS AREA

Your children can play freely in the secure and certified playground in front of the hotel. Here the kids will find a sandbox, swings, slides, a climbing frame, a house, a lot of laughter and fun games, and the fresh air of Bansko will make them healthier and stronger.
The hotel has a spacious children's room (30 sq. m) for the youngest children from 1 to 6.99 years. The room is available to children daily, from 8:00 to 22:00. It is supervised by experienced animators, with working hours in the summer from 12:00 to 21:00, the weekends are Tuesday and Wednesday, and every day in winter with working hours from 09:00 to 22:00
In winter, the hotel will have a second room for older children 5+ years, with professional supervision by animators from 11:00 to 22:00. There will be free games for children - air hockey, table football, basketball, interactive board, playstations.

POOLS

The only bio pools in Bansko for children and adults with a water temperature of 33 degrees, which are maintained without the use of toxic chlorine.
The water in the pools of Lucky Bansko is purified by innovative technology through ionization, ultraviolet light and electrolysis with sea salt. The children's pool has a depth of 50 to 55 cm. The adult pool has a varying depth of 140 to 160 cm and additional extras: underwater music and hydrojet.
The pools meet all safety standards, and the safety of their users is taken care of by a certified lifeguard.
The salt pool is next to the other two, with a water temperature of 33 degrees and high salinity, because Dead Sea salts are added to the water, which help regenerate the skin and make it more vibrant and elastic.
