Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA offers options for year-round recreation in a boutique five-star hotel and a four-star apartment complex with conditions for winter skiing, spring-to-winter golf, spa, and relaxation.
The complex features over 20 thematic restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shops, a SPA area covering over 5,500 sq.m, a sports center, 7 swimming pools, a conference center, and a golf academy.

Located between the Pirin, Rila, and Rhodope mountains, just minutes from the Bansko ski resort in the Betolovo area.
ACCOMMODATION
The 5* section of Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA provides amenities for a complete stay. All units are equipped with: Wi-Fi, coffee machine, central air conditioning, telephone, safe, SAT TV, and a balcony in all rooms except Standard Rooms. Bathrooms feature a shower area, bathtub, and hairdryer.
Standard Rooms are located on the ground floor, offering direct access to the outdoor common areas or outdoor pool. Room with a double bed or two single beds. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child on an extra bed.
Superior Rooms are located from the 1st to the 4th floor. Room with a double bed or two single beds. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child on an extra bed.
Family Rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and consist of two interconnected Superior rooms with two separate bathrooms. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 3 children.
Junior Suites are located on the 3rd and 4th floors. Spacious suite featuring a bedroom and a living area with comfortable sofas and a table. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children on an extra bed.
Superior Suites are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. One-bedroom suite with a separate, stylishly furnished living room with upholstered furniture and a separate bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children on an extra bed.
Deluxe Suite is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with four balconies. The suite features two spacious separate rooms and a bathroom. Available to occupants are a living room with seating furniture and a dining area with a table for 6 people. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 2 children on an extra bed.

The 4* Pirin Golf & SPA Apartment Complex consists of 5 neighbourhoods spread across the golf course. Access is provided to the SPA center, sports area, supermarkets, thematic restaurants, bars, outdoor playgrounds, and natural surroundings.
All units are equipped with: Wi-Fi, telephone, SAT TV, and a balcony. Bathrooms feature a shower area, bathtub, and hairdryer.
Studio - Room with a double bed or two single beds. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child on an extra bed.
SPA Studio and SPA Apartments - Kitchenette, seating area, electric kettle. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child on an extra bed.

Three-Bedroom Apartment - Apartment featuring three separate bedrooms, fireplace, living room with a kitchenette, upholstered furniture, dining table, and two bathrooms. Maximum occupancy: 6 adults and 1 child on an extra bed.
Three-Bedroom SPA Apartment - Three separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, hallway, fully equipped kitchen, spacious winter garden, balcony, and coffee machine. Maximum occupancy: 6 adults.
Lake House - Two-story terraced houses with views of the lake. Featuring three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. The first floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, seating furniture, dining table, equipped kitchen, and toilet. Both floors feature balconies overlooking the lake and the Ian Woosnam golf course. Maximum occupancy: 6 adults and 1 child on an extra bed.
RESTAURANTS & BARS
With eight different restaurants available, Pirin Golf & SPA offers diverse culinary options based on local and seasonal ingredients. Menu choices include local dishes, Mediterranean or Greek cuisine, Italian specialties, Asian dishes, game menu, or European cuisine. Evening options include live music and cocktails in the complex's bars.
Euro Kitchen Restaurant offers breakfast and dinner buffets, as well as a selected European a-la-carte menu emphasizing local and fresh ingredients. Dining is available in the indoor area or on the outdoor terrace. A natural fireplace adds to the ambience of the restaurant.
Taste of Asia Restaurant, located in the main hotel building, serves selected dishes from Eastern cuisine, including Thai, Indonesian, Japanese, and Chinese recipes.
La Foret, located in the main hotel building, is a restaurant offering a specialized game menu typical for mountain regions. Designed in warm tones, the restaurant features a fireplace.
Italian Restaurant Casa di Pasta offers an outdoor terrace and an indoor section, serving traditional Italian dishes and DRY AGE meat specialties.
Greek Restaurant Octopus offers seafood delicacies and traditional Greek dishes. Dining options include a themed indoor area or outdoor spaces overlooking the golf course, with views toward Rila Mountain. The venue features a fireplace in winter and a spacious open terrace in summer.
Half-Way House is located in the center of the golf course, surrounded by greenery. It offers traditional Balkan cuisine with an outdoor barbecue preparation area.
Lobby Bar is situated in the main building across several halls and levels. It includes the spacious "Kalina Taseva" hall suitable for larger groups, as well as an area with a large fireplace and plasma TVs.
Karamel Pastry Shop offers daily freshly baked pastries and snacks, with coffee served on an outdoor terrace overlooking Pirin Mountain.
Melody Piano Bar features evening lighting, luxury interior decor, a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, and live music performances.
Let’s Bar is located in the main hotel building, featuring armchair seating, dim lighting, a fireplace, a selection of drinks, cocktails, whiskies, and flavored hookahs.
Queen’s Pub follows the classic pub tradition with solid wood furniture, traditional decor, dim lighting, and a drink selection.
Pool Bar offers a selection of fresh sandwiches, freshly squeezed juices, and cocktails by the pool.
BUSSINESS CENTER
Pirin Golf & Country Club provides corporate event facilities in a natural setting. Featuring 14 halls with a capacity ranging from 10 to 350 people. The rooms are equipped with audio-visual equipment, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and blackout options. Select rooms feature natural daylight and accessible entrance options.
SPA & WELLNESS
The SPA center and sports area provide options for recovery, aromatherapy, massage, and beauty treatments.
Organized into 4 distinct thermal and therapeutic zones, each with a local SPA reception:
Pools - An indoor pool dedicated to relaxation and exercise, heated to 28°C and measuring 15m. It features wooden columns, large windows opening to the garden, a relaxation area, and direct connection to an outdoor pool.
Three year-round outdoor pools lined with natural stone, directly connected to the SPA center. Heated with a summer temperature of 35°C and a winter temperature of 38°C, measuring 10m.
An "Adults Only" pool is available for quiet relaxation.
Three identical outdoor pools are surrounded by a pine forest, with designated relaxation areas in nature.
Thermal Zone consists of a sequence of heated rooms with progressively increasing temperatures, accompanied by cooling showers and ice. Facilities include: Laconium, steam bath, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, Kneipp bench, and sensory shower.
Treatment Zone offers classic European and Asian treatment rooms designed for various therapies and massages.
Sports Zone features a gym, squash, table tennis, yoga, pilates, and therapeutic swimming facilities, along with a Vitamin Bar offering refreshing beverages.
GOLF
Pirin Golf features two world-class golf courses, hosting over 40 tournaments annually. The modern academy offers introductory lessons, guidance with a PGA professional, and technique development for all skill levels.
Clubhouse serves as the central building of the golf course. Features include a ProShop, locker rooms, a members' lounge, a restaurant, a bar, and a 360° panoramic terrace overlooking the course, training area, and surroundings.
FOR CHILDREN
The complex provides eight outdoor playgrounds, two mini-football fields, and safe paths for cycling. Cinderella's Workshop offers children's activities, animation, soap-making workshops, and fountain fishing.
