GENERAL INFORMATION
With its panoramic view, unique design, and style, Regnum Hotel is the ideal place for vacation and leisure. Regnum Aquapark features an outdoor heated semi-Olympic pool, water slides, a children's pool, and entertainment for both children and adults. The "Thera SPA" zone offers indoor heated pools, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam bath, Turkish hammam, salt room, and a fitness center. The hotel restaurant serves traditional Bulgarian dishes as well as Turkish and international specialties. Entertainment options are complemented by a lobby bar, a jazz bar, and a barbecue garden.
LOCATION
Regnum Bansko is located at the foot of the Pirin Mountain, 400 meters from the ski lift and about one kilometer from the center of Bansko.
ACCOMMODATION
Superior Double Room: With a size of 24–35 sq. m, located in the main building with city views. Equipped with a King-size bed or two single beds, bathroom with a tropical shower, air conditioning, IP TV, minibar, and tea/coffee maker. Maximum capacity – 2 adults.
Superior Suite / Mountain View: Spacious one-bedroom apartments sized 46–59 sq. m with city or mountain views. Consist of a living room area and a separate bedroom, bathroom with a tropical shower. Equipped with a safe, minibar, IP TV, tea/coffee maker, and balcony/terrace. Maximum capacity – 2 adults + 1 child.
Deluxe Suite / Mountain View: Luxuriously furnished one-bedroom apartments sized 55–62 sq. m with views of the city or Pirin Mountain. Feature a spacious living room and a separate bedroom, bathroom with a tropical shower. Fully equipped with personal amenities, safe, minibar, media hub, and balcony. Maximum capacity – 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.
Grand Suite / Mountain View: Spacious three-room apartments ranging from 71 sq. m to 108 sq. m. Consist of a spacious living room and two separate bedrooms, bathrooms with shower. Offer incredible mountain or city views and feature a terrace. Maximum capacity – 5 adults or 4 adults + 1 child.
Presidential Suite: Luxurious suite sized 134 sq. m with panoramic mountain views. Features two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and an extensive terrace. Maximum capacity – 4 adults.
RESTAURANTS & BARS
Tarchin Restaurant: Offers dishes from traditional Bulgarian, international, and authentic Turkish cuisine, prepared by master chefs. Serves a rich buffet breakfast and dinner or an à la carte menu.
Mountain Grill Garden: Located in the complex garden with views of Pirin, offering freshly grilled meat and specialties over live charcoal and wood-fired oven during the summer season.
Lobby Bistro & Bar: A cozy meeting spot in the hotel lobby with a rich selection of coffee, premium tea, cocktails, and live music. Jazz Bar: An elegant evening bar for connoisseurs of fine drinks and stylish live music.
BUSSINESS CENTER
For your special occasions or business meetings, the halls of Regnum Hotel are a place where you will keep your memories forever and enjoy the amazing views of Pirin Mountain. Regnum Business Center features two suitable spaces (foyer) near the halls with outdoor access, which can be used for coffee breaks, cocktails, or according to guest preferences.
Regnum Conference Hall is suitable for small meetings of up to 40 people. Located on the ground floor with natural daylight. Hall capacity is 40 seats in theatre style.
"Dardanelles" Conference Hall is located in Block A of the hotel on the ground floor with natural daylight and panoramic views of Pirin Mountain. Maximum hall capacity – 80 seats cinema style. The hall floor is parquet, allowing the organization of dance events.
Bosphorus I and Bosphorus II Halls are separated by a soundproof partition wall and feature full technical equipment, a separate sound system, and air conditioning. Both halls can be used simultaneously. The mobile partition wall transforms the hall into a multifunctional space suitable for all event needs. Capacity up to 150 people.
"Bosphorus Grand" Hall is located in the Regnum Business Center and features a maximum capacity of 400 seats in theatre style. It can be divided into 2 independent halls with a soundproof partition. Each separate hall has a minimum capacity of 150 seats in theatre style.
"Bosphorus" Banquet Hall is the perfect venue for corporate events, conferences, gala dinners, team building, sports or music events, and weddings. Suitable for about 220 people and equipped with all necessary facilities and amenities, air conditioning, natural daylight, technical equipment, and incredible views of Pirin Mountain.
SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT
Regnum Aquapark will offer its guests attractive water facilities:

- outdoor heated children's pool with a depth of 70 cm
- outdoor heated children's pool with a depth of 140 cm and water slides to it

- open green areas, fitness sector, sports field, suitable for basketball, volleyball, badminton.
Regnum Aquapark is available during the summer season (June-August or depending on weather conditions) and is used free of charge by guests of the complex.
SPA & WELLNESS
The spacious SPA center at Regnum Hotel includes an indoor pool with water temperature of 29-32°, two built-in hydromassage pools (jacuzzi) with capacity up to 8 people, thermal area with two saunas, steam bath, and an exceptional hammam, fitness. These services are free of charge for hotel guests.
In the relaxation and therapy area, there are 5 massage studios in total, a VIP studio for two, and a hydromassage tub.
The rich SPA menu includes anti-stress, relaxing, and deep tissue massages, as well as hot volcanic stone therapy.
"Regnum Banya Thermal" is a luxury SPA complex located nearly 6 km from Bansko, in the village of Banya. The complex includes a large mineral pool with a temperature of 32-34 degrees, a small mineral pool with a temperature of 34-37 degrees, a children's pool – 32-34 degrees, a hot plunge pool – 40 degrees, and a jacuzzi with a temperature of 39 degrees. Guests also have at their disposal a sauna and a steam bath. In addition to the incredible water and SPA facilities, the complex offers its guests delicious, healthy food and a variety of refreshing drinks amidst exceptional nature. Guests of Regnum Hotel have the opportunity to take advantage of the benefits of the healing mineral water in Banya via an organized scheduled shuttle bus. Working hours: daily from 11:00 to 20:00. Day off - Tuesday.
KIDS AREA
Kids Club by Regnum: Children's club with colorful indoor playrooms, interactive games, and thematic areas under the supervision of qualified staff. Offers applied arts activities, storytelling, mini-sports, and games by the pool/aquapark. Regnum features the first Kids Relations Team of its kind in Bulgaria.
Family Club by Regnum: A space for shared family time. Features comfortable relaxation areas, board games, gaming console zones, movie nights, family quizzes, and creative workshops.
