Villa Petleto complex is located at 1100 meters above sea level in the village of Sokolovtsi. It consists of 3 houses with a total capacity of 26 beds, 2 gazebos and 2 barbecues in a large common yard with parking for 10 cars. They are suitable for recreation, hunting trips, fishing, fun with family and friends, fun holidays, picnics and all kinds of tourism.

LOCATION

Complex "Rooster" is located in the village of Sokolovtsi at 1150 meters above sea level. 3 km from the village of Momchilovtsi, 4 km from Rozhen, 9 km from the Rоzhen Observatory, 10 km from the town of Smolyan and 12 km from Pamporovo.

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Petleto has 3 guest rooms, each of which has a private bathroom (bathroom and toilet). The rooms are two triples with single beds and one bedroom for two (8 people in total). Spacious common room type dining room and kitchen for 8 people equipped with everything you need such as stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, etc.
Villa Mecheto has 3 guest rooms, each with private bathroom (bathroom and toilet). The rooms are a transitional apartment with two single beds and one large bedroom (for 4 people), a triple with a bedroom and a single bed and a bedroom for two (9 people in total). Spacious common room type dining room and kitchen for 20 people equipped with everything you need such as stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, etc.
Villa Kolyo Danchevata has 3 guest rooms with private bathrooms (bathroom and toilet). The rooms are one triple with a bedroom and a single bed and two bedrooms for two (a total of 7 people). Spacious common room type dining room and kitchen for 7 people equipped with everything you need such as stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, etc.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

There is a summer kitchen in the yard, which can be freely used by the guests of each house. You can order traditional Rhodope cuisine and music with prior reservation at an additional cost. And about a hundred meters from the complex is a restaurant where a lunch menu is offered.

SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT

200m. away from the houses there is a base for sport fishing. It consists of two dams and three gazebos to them, where in addition to fishing, you can enjoy an energy pyramid, an 8-meter swing, a 160-meter cable car and a private winery. Or fill yourself pure Balkan water from the spring. To these attractions we add table tennis and darts.
Villa Petleto has a sauna for two, where you can relax after the long day of fishing.
