The new hotel "Viva Mare Beach" 4 * in Sozopol, opens its doors on June 1, 2021. The architectural solution of the building skillfully fits it into the park environment of the Holiday Village "Santa Marina", and forms a single ensemble with the beautiful villas. In keeping with the green idea of Santa Marina, the hotel's 80 modern rooms offer modern, intelligent solutions combined with luxury, comfort and wonderful views of the park and the sea. Near the hotel is a conference hall "Magnolia" with a capacity of 200 seats. The hotel restaurant offers magnificent views of the sea and the island "St. Ivan". All facilities and pools in the Santa Marina Holiday Village are also available to the hotel guests.

The buffet in the restaurant will surprise you with a variety of salads, appetizers, main dishes and desserts, as well as a wide selection of seasonal fruits, all complemented by a cozy atmosphere.
The holiday village has three pool bars and a coffee shop, which are not included in the All Inclusive concept.

BUSSINESS CENTER

Excellent conditions for organizing congresses, seminars, business meetings, conferences, company presentations and trainings. The complex has a conference room equipped with conference chairs with table, multimedia, flipchart, screen, sound system, air conditioning with individual temperature control, Wi-Fi.
