GENERAL INFORMATION

It is located on Yastrebets 3, one of the slopes of the oldest mountain resort in Bulgaria at 1600 meters’ altitude, which makes it ski-in & ski-out hotel and perfect “snow home” for your winter ski vacation. The hotel offers ski depot and ski & snowboard instructors.
During the summer season, the mountain enthusiasts have an extensive choice of mountain trails, biking and well-being holiday among the fresh air in the pine forest, far from the city’ heat.
In the hotel's restaurants you can try interpretations of Bulgarian and other traditional cuisines, and the pleasant atmosphere is completed with a mesmerizing view of the mountain and the slope.
After a long walk in the mountain you can relax in the SPA center with a sunny outdoor beach and indoor pool, in the thermal zone or with some of our various treatments.

LOCATION

Yastrebets Hotel Wellness & SPA is a first-class year-round hotel, nestled in the coolness ancient pine forest of Rila mountain overlooking Borovets, just an hour form Sofia.

ACCOMMODATION

The hotel offers 34 cozy rooms, 8 spacious suites and 15 Finnish chalets hidden in the private Yastrebets Park & Forest, also part of the hotel complex, take you away from the city heat during the summer or bring you into the tranquility of a Scandinavian fairytale during the winter.
• Double room – two single beds or a bedroom, plasma TV, mini bar, Wi-Fi, telephone and safe, terrace and possibility for extra bed. The hotel also has an adapted room for disabled guests.
• Apartment – each apartment has its own individual appearance and interior. The small apartment consists of two transitional rooms - a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, and the large apartments have two separate rooms - a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, in three of them has a fireplace.
• Finnish chalet – two-storey, built of whole wooden beams of Finnish pine, with a bedroom and a living room on the first floor and another bedroom on the second floor. Six of the chalets have a Finnish sauna and the other 9 – bedrooms on the first floor are separated by a door. Each of the chalets has a plasma TV, mini bar, Wi-Fi, telephone, spacious terrace and separate parking space.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

A la carte restaurant – the restaurant works only with high quality products, typical for the Bulgarian’s culinary culture, supplied by local farms. Here you can try combinations of the Bulgarian cuisine and other international flavors and specialties. The fine prepared meals are accompanied with a rich selection of wines, and enchanting Mountain View to accomplish the lovely atmosphere.

Restaurant second floor – located on the second floor, offers a rich breakfast with a variety of healthy buffet proposals. Vegetarians and vegans can also enjoy special meals tailored to their diet.
Capacity: 70 places.
Lobby Bar – in the cozy lobby bar you can relax over the fireplace fire during the cold months and the view of the green pine forest during the sunny days. The bar offers light meals and snacks, homemade desserts, as well as selections of whiskeys, wines, champagne and cocktails.

The piano bar and disco are available on request.
The BBQ Terrace –- located just opposite the slope, you can enjoy the delicious food and drinks in the freshness of the mountain air.

For your corporate events, seminars and trainings Yastrebets hotel offers you 4 different sized cozy conference rooms with flexible room-arrangement, оutdoor covered tent with a capacity of 300 guests with multimedia and technical equipment, free Wi-Fi, notepads & pencils, flipchart, mineral water, daylight and forest view. You also receive dedicated personal assistant and first class catering and coffee breaks.

SPA & WELLNESS

15-meter indoor swimming pool with a pine forest view. Bubble zone; Sun-bathing area. Variety of massages and therapies. Thermal zone, developed by leading Austrian firms, offers: Herbal Bath, Steam Bath, Roman Laconium, Finnish Sauna, Kneipp relax feet therapy, Ice Fountain, Exotic Showers and Relax Zone. KIDS AREA

The hotel offers professional team to take care for the children and interesting, fun games and activities. In the garden, right in front of the hotel is located children playground with wooden facilities – bridge, house, animals and dwarfs.
