The complex is situated in a quiet area, only about 1. The rooms, studios, and apartments are distributed across a total of 5 buildings — 59 double and family rooms in the main building and an additional 35 studios and apartments in the adjacent annex structures. All units feature a 32” LCD TV with satellite channels, writing desk, armchair, telephone, central heating, refrigerator, safe (free of charge), and wireless internet (free of charge). The bathrooms are stylishly furnished with a shower cabin and hairdryer.

Hotel Iceberg 4* is situated in the center of Borovets, approximately 150 meters from the bottom station of the gondola lift and adjacent to the resort center. The hotel features double rooms, triple rooms, and two-bedroom apartments. Guinness Hotel is located in a quiet area just 200 meters from the gondola lift of Bansko. Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and studios. Each room has a TV with cable channels, a seating area, a minibar and a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. The balcony offers scenic mountain views.

Hotel Sport is located opposite the gondola station in the town of Bansko and boasts luxuriously equipped apartments overlooking the Pirin Mountains. The double rooms are equipped with a double or twin beds and a sofa bed or sofa, suitable for 1 adult or 1 child. All rooms have a minibar, TV and telephone, and the bathroom has a hairdryer, shower and bathtub.
