Payment Terms:

• Each confirmed reservation should be paid no later than 24 hours after confirmation.

All prices are per room / apartment per night and include:

• Relevant number of nights on the basis of Ultra All Inclusive
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant with outdoor terrace overlooking the main outdoor pool (according to occupancy: a la carte or buffet with service
• drinks included)
• Possibility to eat for different types of food allergies (upon prior request)
• Themed culinary dinners - 2 times a week, and every 10 days - Gala dinner
• An open-air snack restaurant serving a late, continental breakfast between 10:00 and 12:00
• Light lunch - between 12:00-15:00 and afternoon snack - between 15:00-17:00 (sandwiches, pizza, pancakes, burgers)
• Possibility for a la carte dinner in 3 different restaurants offering culinary temptations from the Italian, Bulgarian or Asian gastronomy (without restriction during the stay and with prior reservation)
• Within the hotel there are 2 bars offering local and selected brands of imported alcoholic and soft drinks, draft beer, tea and coffee - lobby bar with two sections: indoor and outdoor part serving the main outdoor pool (between 10:00-23:00) and bar lounge (22:00-02:00 hours and after 23:00 the restaurant operates as a disco)
• Outdoor pastry shop - cakes, pastries, creams, cupcakes and ice cream (in the time intervals 10:00 - 12:00 and 14:30-17:00)
• Classic, indoor, heated pool (09:00 - 18:00)
• Two outdoor pools with adjoining sun terraces, sunbeds and umbrellas (08:00-18:00) - the smaller of them mainly for adults, and the other - with an integrated Jacuzzi and children\'s section with a small water slide to it
• On the beach nearby (about 100 meters) - umbrella and two sunbeds with a blanket per room
• For children: daily professional children\'s animation in the children\'s club (between 10:00-12:30 and 15:00-17:30

• Prices are not valid during official, national and regional holidays !
• For reservations made before 31.01.2022 a deposit of 30% is required until 10.02.2022. The rest of the amount due on the respective reservation is due by 10.04.2022
• For reservations made until 28.02.2022 a deposit of 30% is required until 10.03.2022. The rest of the amount due on the respective reservation is due by 10.04. 2022
• In case of prior termination of the stay (guests leaving the hotel before the confirmed departure date), the amount for the unfulfilled part of the stay is non-refundable and cannot be transferred for deduction from future payments .
• Children from 0-12.99 years on extra bed are accommodated free of charge .
• Adult on extra bed in double room enjoys 30% discount .
• An adult on an extra bed in an apartment enjoys a 50% discount.

Cancellation policy:

Period: 30.04.2025-10.10.2025

• Cancellations without penalty are made up to 2 days before the date of accommodation. After this period a penalty of two nights is due. In case of no-show - penalty 2 nights.
