Payment Terms:
- Each confirmed reservation should be paid no later than 24 hours after confirmation.
All prices are per room / apartment per night and include:
- Corresponding number of nights on Bed &
- Breakfast or Half Board (Breakfast and Dinner) basis
- Breakfast – served on a buffet or set menu (during low occupancy periods)
- Dinner – served on a set menu (excluding drinks) for up to 50 guests, with a choice from the main restaurant menu within a limit of 22 € per adult and 16 € per child for 2027. Should the total consumption amount exceed the limit, guests pay the difference on site. For groups over 50 guests, dinner is served on a buffet basis (excluding drinks). Guests with prepaid dinner will receive access wristbands for the restaurant and will be provided with seating. The hotel does not guarantee private table seating during meal times. Table reservations in the restaurant can be made subject to availability, and reserved tables are held until 20:00
- Free use of: indoor pool with children's water slide, children's pool, jacuzzi, outdoor seasonal pool – all with mineral water (swimming caps mandatory), fitness centre, sauna, steam bath, relaxation room, salt room (up to 30 min. stay daily)
- Wi-Fi throughout the hotel premises
- Parking (subject to availability)
- The price includes the use of bathrobes for all guests on regular and extra beds (excluding baby cots and children sleeping in parents' bed)

- Pet fee for pets up to 10 kg with a passport – 11 € per night
- over 10 kg – 21 € per night. Hotel guests owning pets are accommodated in convenient rooms with suitable flooring and are responsible as good owners
NOTE:
- The stated prices are not valid during public holidays and school vacation periods
- Children discounts in standard rooms: Children from 0 to 5 years old in parents' room, sharing existing bedding with parents – stay free of charge without receiving an extra bed or separate services, with breakfast included (extra charge applies for other meals)
- Children up to 12 years old on an extra bed in all double standard rooms pay an additional charge
- Baby cot – 6 € per night, meals not included
- Children discounts in deluxe rooms: Children from 0 to 5 years old in parents' room, sharing existing bedding with parents – stay free of charge without receiving an extra bed or separate services, with breakfast included (extra charge applies for other meals)
- Extra beds are not possible in all Deluxe Double Rooms. Only a baby cot can be placed
- Baby cot fee in all deluxe room types – 6 € per night, meals not included
- In a Deluxe Family Room, a 4th guest (adult or child) can be accommodated on one of the two double beds (without using an extra bed) – subject to an additional charge
- Single room used by two guests is charged at the price of a double room and prepared for two. Double room used by one guest is charged as a double room
- Bringing food and beverages purchased from external vendors into the hotel premises is strictly forbidden
- Check-in: after 14:00. Check-out: by 12:00. Subject to availability: late check-out until 17:00 / early check-in from 08:00 incurs a +50% surcharge of the night rate
- No refunds are provided to guests for unconsumed food or unused SPA procedures included in the package
- By making a reservation, guests agree to the hotel's internal rules and policies
Cancellation policy:
Period: 03.01.2027-22.12.2027- Free cancellation is accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations after this deadline incur a penalty equal to the first night of the unused but reserved rooms and ordered meals.
- In case of early departure
- prepaid amounts are non-refundable.
- No-show penalty is equal to 100% of the total reservation value.
