The complex is situated in a quiet area, only about 1. 2 km from the gondola lift and the main ski slopes in Bansko. The town center is less than 2 km away, and the surrounding area offers beautiful views of the mountain. The rooms, studios, and apartments are distributed across a total of 5 buildings — 59 double and family rooms in the main building and an additional 35 studios and apartments in the adjacent annex structures. All units feature a 32” LCD TV with satellite channels, writing desk, armchair, telephone, central heating, refrigerator, safe (free of charge), and wireless internet (free of charge).
