The hotel is located in one of the popular winter season destinations – the town of Bansko. It is situated just 80 meters from the bottom station of the Bansko gondola lift and 10 minutes from the town center, making it an excellent place for relaxation in both winter and summer months. Vihren Royal Palace includes two buildings connected by an indoor walkway and offers accommodation in double rooms, family rooms, studios, one-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom maisonettes, two-bedroom maisonettes, and two-bedroom apartments.

The complex is situated in a quiet area, only about 1. The rooms, studios, and apartments are distributed across a total of 5 buildings — 59 double and family rooms in the main building and an additional 35 studios and apartments in the adjacent annex structures. All units feature a 32” LCD TV with satellite channels, writing desk, armchair, telephone, central heating, refrigerator, safe (free of charge), and wireless internet (free of charge).
